About Jorrify Gift Store

Jorrify Gift Store is the retail layer of Jorrify, focused on curated birthday and relationship gifts for meaningful moments.

Jorrify Gift Store sells physical gift products and related items.

Jorrify Gift Store does not currently offer:

peer-to-peer money transfer;
cash gifts;
stored value;
wallet balances;
withdrawals;
cryptocurrency services; or
gift card resale services.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your location or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products

We try to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately.

However, we do not guarantee that all product images, colours, descriptions, dimensions, or availability will be error-free.

Actual product colours may vary depending on your screen, lighting, material, and production process.

Made-to-order and personalized products

Some products may be made to order or personalized.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting your order, including:

names;
dates;
spelling;
messages;
initials;
monograms;
product options; and
shipping details.

Made-to-order, custom, and personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.

The content does not contain sensitive information that you do not want used for production.

We may refuse or cancel personalized orders that include content we consider inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, or inconsistent with Jorrify’s brand standards.

Intellectual property

All store content, including text, branding, product designs, images, graphics, layouts, and other materials, is owned by Jorrify Gift Store or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use store content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Our store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, analytics tools, and marketing services.
